Hi, I’m Gabriella

I support women through hormonal transitions — from perimenopause to postmenopause — with yoga, nervous system regulation, and a more supportive way of working with the body and mind.

This work is deeply personal to me. It began with my own experience of feeling that something was shifting, without fully understanding why — my energy, my emotional landscape, and my sense of center all felt different.

At the time, I thought I was far too young for it to be anything related to menopause. Nothing was clearly “wrong,” and yet, my internal rhythm didn’t feel like it used to.

That quiet sense of change — without having a clear explanation — is something I hear from women again and again. I know that feeling well, because I have lived it too.

Today, I am a certified women’s health and hormone yoga teacher, trained in menopause yoga and somatic approaches to the body.

Many women go through this phase feeling confused, alone, and not quite like themselves.

It doesn’t have to be that way.

This is why I created this space — a place for understanding, support, nervous system regulation, and learning how to work with your body instead of against it.

I believe this transition is not just something to “get through,” but something that can be understood, supported, and even embraced.
