The menopause transition can affect sleep, concentration, stress resilience and confidence—often when women are at the height of their careers. For some, it can begin as early as their late 30s and continue for several years. Yet the signs are frequently misunderstood or overlooked at work.

Without appropriate support, organisations risk increased absence, reduced performance and the loss of valuable experience.

The good news: employers can make a meaningful difference.

Through practical, evidence-informed workshops and manager training, I help organisations turn menopause awareness into effective workplace support—strengthening retention, protecting talent and reducing the costs of avoidable absence and turnover.

Support experienced women. Retain talent. Reduce costs.

Will you lead - or follow?

Workplace expectations are changing.

Menopause support is no longer just a wellbeing add-on. It's now a question of occupational health, inclusion and talent retention — and inaction has a price. Unmanaged menopause symptoms cost the global economy an estimated $150 billion a year in lost productivity.

Regulation is catching up: the forthcoming ISO 45010 will set international standards for menstruation and menopause at work, while UK employers face mandatory action plans from 2027.

Organisations that act now protect experienced talent and strengthen their reputation. Those that wait will be catching up.

Getting started doesn't need to be complicated — awareness, informed managers and practical support already make a real difference.

With more than 20 years of experience in international business development, communication and relationship management, I understand the realities of modern workplaces—and the importance of turning good intentions into support that works in practice.

My own experience of perimenopause led me to specialise in menopause education, women’s health and nervous-system regulation. Today, I combine this expertise with my commercial background to deliver evidence-informed education, manager training and practical wellbeing sessions for organisations.

My work helps employees and managers better understand how menopause can affect working life. It also provides practical tools that women can use to support stress regulation, sleep, concentration and emotional wellbeing.

My goal is to help organisations move beyond awareness and create healthier, more informed workplace cultures—where menopause can be discussed without stigma and experienced women feel understood, valued and supported to thrive. By improving workplace support, organisations can strengthen retention, reduce the costs associated with avoidable absence and employee turnover, and protect the knowledge and experience of midlife women.
